advance request. NO make-up exam after the in-class
exam.

questions (correct=10 pts, blank=0, incorrect=-3
pts)
- Total
score from these three extra-credit questions only
will be added to the midterm score, up to a maximum
of 100 points total for the midterm.
- If
the total score for these 3 questions is negative,
nothing will be added or subtracted from the
midterm original score.

automatic default Option 1.

1 (Default): 20% midterm, 40% final.
- Option
2: 10% midterm, 50% final.
- Option
3: 0% midterm, 60% final.
